Nicola Penman is an IOSH Chartered Health and Safety Practitioner who is passionate about health and safety at work. She has worked in health and safety training across Northern Ireland for over eleven years and as well as achieving her NEBOSH National General Certificate and NEBOSH Fire and Risk Management Certificate in 2008, Nicola graduated from Queens University in Belfast with a Masters degree in Occupational Safety and Health with Commendation in 2013. Nicola has provided IOSH Managing Safely training to many of Northern Ireland's Top 100 Businesses.
Nicola has a special interest in the management of occupational stress and mental health at work, but also has a broad spectrum of knowledge on most health and safety subjects. She has a network of some of the country’s leading health and safety experts with whom she is in constant contact.

Nicola Penman Training Northern Ireland aims to deliver cost effective, top quality training for the public and private sector within Northern Ireland. The training will be fully in line with current legislation, Approved Codes of Practice and best practice for safety. Nicola chose to become a licensed IOSH training provider because she believes that the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health are committed to making the world’s workplace healthy and safe, and wants to be a part of that vision.
